Uniclave Digital FEATURES :

• Uniclave Digital is a fully automatic top Loading Autoclave with a one touch go operation.
•It uses imported Motorola pressure sensor for precise control, with precise control, the pressure can be controlled within ± 0.1 PSI during sterilization.
• It is a self contained system with no installation requirements. The sequence of operation going inside the chamber and temperature is being displayed on the LCD screen.
• It comes with an advanced dynamic heater control system which actively manages the temperature inside the autoclave by controlling the power output of the heater.
• It consumes about 30%-50% less power consumption than normal semi-automatic autoclaves.
• The Heater life is increased as it never runs at full power during sterilization.

Uniclave Digital OPERATIONS :

Just place the drum inside the chamber, fill it with water, and press the start button. The heating cycles is initiated. The sterilization starts at 121 c and 15 psi. The sterilization cycle is 16 minutes long, during which the heater power is IC controlled. A Buzzer sound for 60 seconds at the end of the sterilization cycle.
